Tuned AR Server, Mid-Tier and SQL Server for small configuration environment for CA-PRIME. •Coordinated and worked with other team members remotely and locally in setting up, configuring and tuning the lab testing environment using VMWare Windows 2008 Servers. •Setup and run ITSM and Incident Foundation and Volume data using Silk Performer 2009 with Remedy plug-in 8.0. Troubleshoot and fix failures and updated Silk Performers script to meet Mid-Tier 8.0 new backchannel APIs. •Created new SQL Server instances and backed up database with completed RaaS (SaaS) BMC Remedy software stack with ITSM, SRM and Atrium CMDB and restores to new and existing instances for load testing purposes. •Worked with RaaS hosting site (HCL) in a team effort to help coordinate system availability & fix configuration issues when needed. •Created Atrium CIs (Configuration Item) using “cmdbPerfTest” Java scripts and then reconciled using (Atrium Reconciliation engine) from BMC.SAMPLE to BMC. ASSET. •Updated AR Forms, Filers, and Active Links using BMC Remedy DeveloperStudio (Eclipse). •Performed manual single user timings with no load and during load test & ideas to automate •Created “How To” internal documents to share with team members in a short 3 months.
